In Friday nights game the kings struck first and lead 1-0 at the end of the first period. Andrew Barbeau scored at the 47 second mark from Cole Lussier to tie the game, Thunder Bay took the lead again at 3:22 mark however Mike Miller scored assisted by Brian Stack and the two teams went to the dressing room tied at the end of two periods. In the third period Thunder Bay dominated scoring 7 unanswered goals to solidify the win. Brandon Gordon took the lose in net.
In Saturdays game Thunder Bay took a 2 goal lead early in the first period, at the 17:40 mark Casey Gilling scored with assists going to Landon Hubbard and Ethan St.Germain to close the gap to one goal. In the second period Thunder Bay scored two goals to take a 3 goal lead into the dressing room at the end of the second period. In the third period the Indians responded by scoring two goals, Trevor Temple from Cade Nolan and Mike Miller, Ethan St.Germain from Landon Hubbard. In the final minutes the Indians put relentless pressure on the kings but couldn't get a goal and Thunder Bay held on for the 4-3 win. Brandon Gordon took the lose in net.
On Sunday the Indians started fast and never looked back. At the 3:42 mark Mike Miller scored assisted by Brendan MacLaren. Two minutes later Frankie Pucci scored assisted by Cole Lussier and Seiya Hayata and held a two goal lead at the end of the first period. Thunder Bay scored at 5:37 mark of the to get the game within one goal. However from that point on the Indians dominated play scoring 4 unanswered goals, Kyle Yates from Ethan St.Germain and Casey Gilling, Ethan St. Germain from Cade Nolan and Kyle Yates, Brendan MacLaren from Mike Miller, and Frankie Pucci from Cole Lussier and Casey Gilling.
