The Indians down the Utah regulators 3-1
In the first game of the Flint Showcase the starting the scoring :21 second mark Frankie Pucci stole the puck during a penalty kill and put the puck between the Regulators goalies legs for a shorthanded goal. Utah answered back at the 2:02 mark of the second period to tie the game. After that the Indians took control of the game and the 9:00 minute mark Landon Hubbard dropped a pass to Trevor Jesadt who set up Brenden MacLaren who buried what turned out to be the game winning goal. In the third period Trevor Temple buried a shot from the slot with assists going to Seiya Hayata and Nick Cammarata for the insurance mark at 14:03 of the third period. Jared Sauve played solid in the net to take the win.
