Indians fall to Honeybaked 6-2 in the final game of road trip
In the third game of the weekend the Indians came out and played even through the first period. In the second period John Pesek opened the scoring on an end to end rush that put the Indians up 1-0 assisted by Nick Skaluba. Honeybaked answered back two minutes later to knot the score at 1 all. At the 4:41 mark Cole Lussier scored from Zach Satalino and Pesek to regain the lead again, however in the
last 4 minutes of the period Honeybaked scored two goals to take a 3-2 lead into the dressing room. In the third the Indians tried to get the tying goal but Honeybaked was the only one to light the lamp in the period and the game ended 6-2 in their favor. Brandon Gordon played excellent in the pipes in a losing effort.
The Indians return home next weekend to take on the Marquette Electricians.
