Indians announce a partnership with LSSU sports science department

General Manager Mike Kaunisto announced today that the Soo Indians have formed a partnership with the Lake Superior State University sports science department to evaluate and work with Al MacArthur the Indians strength and conditioning coach to analyze and recomend strength programs to enhance all the players.  Eric Statt, PH.D, Chair and Assistant Professor of the Recreation Studies and Exercise Science, along with the LSSU students will do the NHL Combine testing on all of the Players to evaluate and follow their progress throughout the year.  Coach Rebek stated this is a great opportunity for all of our players to elevate their strength and conditioning to improve their overall game.
