Indians blank Alaska 5-0

Sunday morning the Indians came ready and jumped to an early lead on an unassisted goal by Nolan Sletactka, Dyllon Anderson added a goal 2 minutes later assisted by Georg Landro.  Less than a minute later Mat Thurston scored from Griffen Medina and Sletactka scored his second of the game from Kalvin Hillock to put the Indians up 4-0 at the end of the 1st period.  In the second Spencer DenBeste added to the lead from Avery Rebek to round out the scoring for the Indians and the 5-0 win.  Jordan Lawday shut the door between the pipes to preserve and the win and shutout.  

The Indians will return home for the next weekend.
