Congrats to Spencer DenBeste and former Soo Indian Aston Calder on being drafted in the USHL

Spencer a 99 Birthyear played two seasons with the Indians and was drafted by the Cedar Rapids Roughriders in the 11th round 164 overall.  In two seasons with the Indians Spencer scored 46 goals, 50 assists, for a total of 96 points in 97 games.

Aston Calder who Played with the Indians two seasons ago was drafted by the Lincoln Stars in the 9th round, 138 overall.  Last season Aston played with Surrey Eagles of the BCHL.

Congratulations to both Spencer and Aston on reaching another milestone in hockey, all of their hard work has paid off.
