Indians battle to 2 wins and 2 losses on the Wisconsin road trip.

This weekend the Indians went on the road for 4 games in Wisconsin, first heading to Madison on Friday night for the first of two games against the Capitals.  Sabre Koleber opened the scoring early from Owen Hendrikson, then Brayden Grange scored from Drew Dellies to give the Indians a 2-0 lead at the end of the first period.  The second period saw the Capitals get two goals to even the score at 2 all at the end of the second period, Madison scored two goals in the third period before Lucca Weinkauf scored from Brayden Grange to get within one goal, however time ran out giving the Capitals a 4-3 win.  Justin Bamberger was in net for the Indians.

In the Saturday morning rematch the Indians again got on the board first with Treyce Moran scoring from Jarret Crimin and Sabre Koleber, then Brayden Grange scored from Ethan Chambers and Dominic Cicco to give the Indians a 2-0 lead.  Madison got on the board late in the second period to make it tight, but Kyle Stevens put the game away late in the third period for the 3-1 win.  Cam Labadie earned the win in net for the Indians.

After the morning game the team jumped on the bus and headed to Green Bay to take on the Bobcats later that night.  Green Bay took advantage the Indians early scoring 5 unaswered goals before the Drew Dellies scored assisted by Lucca Weinkauf and Owen Hendrikson, Brayden Grange scored from Lucca Weinkauf and Dellies,  but it was too late and Bobcats won 5-2.  Justin Bamberger was in the net for the Indians.

Sunday morning the Indains came read to play scoring 5 goals in the first period, Sabre Koleber started the scoring from Jarret Crimin, Owen Hendrikson scored from Caden McDonald, Evan Hoglund got on the board from Grange and Drew Dellies.  Dellies scored from Grange and Hoglund, and finally Lucca Weinkauf scored from Hoglund and Aedan Haapala to put the Indians up 5-0 at the end of 1 period.  In the second period Hoglund scored his second of the game from Koleber and added his third of the game (Hattrick) from Dellies and Pierson Zittel to complete the scoring for the Indians.  The Bobcats got on the board late in second and another in the third for final score of 7-2.  Cam Labadie had the duties in net for the win.

The Indians return home this coming weekend to take on Belle Tire in MAHA league action, Saturday 4pm at the Pullar Staduim and Sunday 10am at the Taffy Abel Arena.
