Indians fall to the Barons 3-2 in the final seconds

In the Sunday rematch the Barons jumped out to 1-0 lead early in first period and held it until 3:34 mark of the second period when Cole Lussier tied the game on a powerplay from Kyle Yates and Ashton Calder. The Barons came right back and scored late in the second to take a 2-1 lead into the dressing room. In the third the Indians had several scoring chances but couldn't convert until Blake Mastaw stole the puck while killing a penalty and setup Zach Satalino for a shorthanded goal to tie the game with the other assist going to Nick Skaluba. Just as it looked the game would end in a tie the puck didn't exit the zone and a battle ensued in the Indians crease with Barons scoring with 28 seconds to take the win. CJ Boothe played outstanding between the pipes in a losing effort.

The next action for Indians will be at home against Barons Saturday night Nov 1st 6pm at the Taffy Abel Arena and Sunday 10am at the Pullar Stadium
