Tallaire nets two to lead the Indians over Little Caesars

Sunday morning the Indians opened the scoring first again on a power play goal by Jaden Martin, set up by Kobie Guidebeck and Nick Castillo, but again Little Caesars responded right back one minute later to even the score.  With 6 minutes remaining in the first period Tommy Cahill scored on a nice three way passfrom Jack Swan and Kevin Smith to regain the lead which they held through the end of the period.  In the second period Chase Tallaire took a pass from Castillo and Grant Wickham to go in wide beating the defenseman and then their goaltender to put the Indians up by two.  Midway through the second period the Indians got caught sleeping and Little Caesars scored two goals to even the game up at 3 a piece.  In the third the Indians refocused and got back to work when Nick Castillo scored on the power play, his third point of the night, set up by PJ Donnelly and Jack Swan and with three minutes remaining Tallaire followed a drive to the net picking up the rebound and putting it over the sprawling goalie of Little Caesars for his second of the night.  The Indians closed out the rest of the game to preserve the 5-3 win.  Gabe Rosek turned away 28 shots to earn the win in net.

The next action for the Indians will be next Friday at 5pm, then again Saturday morning at 10am when they will take on Fox Motors from Grand Rapids.  Both games will be played at the Pullar Staduim.
