Indians complete the sweep topping the Pittsburg Predators 4-2
Sunday, January 30, 2022 at 01:54PM The Final game of the Columbus showcase had the Indians playing the the Pittsburg Predators. The Indians opened the scoring in the first period when Colin Goff finished off a nice three way pass play from Seve Litz and Kole Altergott, then Kevin Smith scored on a rebound with assists going to Ethan Chambers and Curtis Hubbard for a two goal lead at the end of the first period. The Predators fought back to even the score at the end of two periods. In the third period Smith scored his second of the game on tip from Chambers and Hubbard for the 3rd goal and Ethan Lindle secured the win late in the period from Kole Altergott for the win. Taylor White stood tall in net to preserve the win.
The Indians will return to the Soo and have the I 500 weekend off before heading back to Detroit the following weekend to take on Little Caesars in MAHA League action.
