Indians top the Boston Jr Bruins 4-2

Sunday mornings game paired the Indians against the number 21 ranked Boston Jr Bruins and it started out fast and furious, however the Indians weren’t intimidated and came out playing hard.  Hudson Troyer opened the scoring midway through the first on nice pass from Drayke Micolo for the early lead which they held through the first period.  Early in the second Colton Hayes got on the board from Garth Wickham and Steve Cope for a 2-0 lead.  Boston fought back to within one, however Jeff Rahilly put the Indians up by two again on an end to end rush.  Late in the third the Bruins scored their second to get back close, but with five minutes remaining Hayes scored his second of the game from Rahilly and Cam Parrott to get back to a two goal lead.  From that point on Alex Rairigh shut the door in the pipes to secure the win.
The Indians will be back on the road next weekend at Plymouth Mi to take on the Compuware Ambassors in MAHA action.
