Indians fall 2-1 in a shoot out to Meijer AAA

For the third game in a row the winner couldn't be determined in regulation play.  Both teams played even through two periods and it wasn"t till the 13 minute mark of the third period that Sasha Miniouchine found a lose puck in front of the Meijer net to put the Indians up 1-0,Justin Hendrickson had the assist on the goal, Meijer didn't quit tho and on a powerplay tied the game and sent it to overtime.  During the 5 minute 4 on 4 both teams had grade A chances but didn't convert, which meant for the second game of the weekend it would be determined by a shootout and this time the opposing team came out on winning edge.  Will Hartwick played another outstanding game in net for the Indians.  Overall a very positive weekend for the Indians playing three games on the road, all going to overtime winning one and loosing two.  The Indians will have a couple weeks off and then return to action against Belle Tire on Jan 2 and 3 in Detroit.
