Sunday’s game update
Due to a scheduled power outage at LSSU on Sunday morning our game against Lake Forest Prep Academy has been moved to the Pullar Stadium downtown at the same time of 10 am.

The final game at the Motor City Showcase was a battle between the Indians and the Northstars, Sylvannia struck first for the lead until Chase Tallaire tallied from Nick Castillo to even things up. In the second Tommy Cahill put the Indians ahead from Dylan Bott, however Sylvannia fought back to send the game to overtime. In overtime Kevin Bostwick scored on shot from the slot, with assists going to Grant Wickham and Jaden Martin, for the game winning goal. Gabe Rosek took the win in net for the Indians.
The Indians return home next weekend to face Lake Forest Prep Academy Saturday 3pm, and Sunday 10am Sunday at the Taffy Abel Arena.
Saturday night the Indians opened the scoring early on a Dylan Bott goal from the point set up by Cain Grosbeck and Seth Francois. From that point Indiana withstood a barrage of shots by the Indians could not score throughout the first half of the game. After the flood Kevin Bostwick scored within 17 seconds from Jack Swan, then Kobie Guidebeck scored short handed from Francois and Chase Tallaire to go up 3-0. Tallaire added another goal of his own unassisted and Kevin Smith finished up the scoring from Swan to complete the 5-0 win. Logan Raffaele turned away all shots sent his way to preserve the shut out and win.
The Indian finish tomorrow morning against the Sylvannia Northstars at the Lakeland Arena.
Saturday morning at the Motor City Showcase pitted the Indians against the Colorado Tigers, early on the Tigers got on the board for the 1-0 lead and held it to the 2nd period when Kevin Bostwick tied the game with a shot from the point on the power play, set up by Kobie Guidebeck and Grant Wickham. An end to end battle saw both teams have several scoring opportunities but with 2:10 remaining the Tigers found a loose puck and scored on a breakaway to seal the game 2-1. Gabe Rosek played excellent between the pipes in loosing effort.
The Indians return to the ice at 630 pm, Lakeland Arena, to take on team Indiana.
